Overcoming Social Fears
Are assertiveness problems and excessive self-consciousness or shyness holding you back? Do you have difficulties performing in public? Learn to function better in the social situations you presently fear or avoid, through group cognitive Behaviour therapy.
Schedule
Programs are offered 3 times a year, from January to April, May to July, and September to December, usually Tuesday nights, from 7 to 9 PM. If enrollment is sufficient for a second group to be formed, it will meet Thursday nights.
Fees (payable in advance)
Pre-group interview: $320 for 2 hours
Group: $960 for 12, 2-hour sessions, not including the cost of training manuals. |
