Feeling "down", disinterested and apathetic? Getting less pleasure out of doing things that would normallly please you? Perhaps you have noticed changes in your sleep or eating habits? Having trouble thinking through problems, and finding less to like about yourself? Try challenging some of those depressive thoughts, and fight the lethargy by getting active.

Programs are offered 3 times a year, from January to April, May to July, and September to December, enrollment permiting.
Fees (payable in advance)
Pre-group interview: $320 for 2 hours
Group: $960 for 12, 2-hour sessions, not including the cost of training manuals. |
